Classic Downtown Omaha Engagement Photos || Tyler + Kenzie

The most stunning architectural backdrops, beautiful golden-hour lighting, and the sweetest couple. Taking Tyler and Kenzie’s engagement photos in downtown Omaha meant another session filled with a whole lot of love and joy.

We kicked off the session near Central High School, a spot that perfectly blends classic and modern aesthetics. Downtown Omaha offers SO MUCH range in style from vintage brick roads and historic buildings to elegant art deco doorways and grand limestone staircases. For most of the session we opted for those timeless,  old money vibes, but we also found some modern and art-deco-inspired spots along the way.

Exploring the Best Downtown Omaha Engagement Spots

One of the best things about engagement sessions in downtown Omaha is the variety of locations, each offering a unique vibe. For Tyler and Kenzie’s session, we focused on timeless, old-money aesthetics with limestone staircases, elegant archways, and intricate doorways.

Downtown Omaha has so much more to offer for engagement sessions, it’s easy to make sure your photos are unique! Here are a few other spots to consider:

The Old Market – for a romantic vintage vibe (think cobblestone streets and brick buildings)

The Joslyn Art Museum – gorgeous marble staircases and an outdoor sculpture garden

The River Front – a huge greenspace with water features, sculptures, scenic overlooks
