A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date. Because I intentionally limit the number of weddings I photograph each year, booking your date means declining other inquiries for that same day. In the event of cancellation or date changes, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss options based on your contract terms.

Most couples reach out 9–14 months before their wedding date, especially for popular Nebraska venues and peak season weekends. Because I only take on a limited number of weddings each year, dates are reserved on a first-come basis — if you have a date in mind, it's worth checking availability sooner rather than later.

We adapt, not cancel. Rain can make for some of the most romantic, cinematic photos of the day. I always have a backup plan for portraits — covered areas, indoor light, or simply leaning into the weather — so nothing is left to chance.

A small sneak peek gallery is delivered a few days after your wedding. Your full private online gallery and slideshow are delivered within approximately four to five weeks. Each image is carefully curated and edited to maintain natural color, emotional authenticity, and timeless quality.

My primary coverage is digital, with film available as a package add-on — a mix of medium format and 35mm woven into key moments alongside your digital images. Film is developed and scanned separately, so those images arrive after your main gallery.
