Intimate weddings will always be one of my favorite types to photograph, and recently I’ve had the joy of exploring some of the most beautiful venues in Nebraska.

A May wedding in Chicago—spring blooms and the city skyline. It started on the perfect note with a rehearsal dinner at Tanta Chicago. The entire wedding weekend felt like one big hug from the people Nate and Bella love most. You could tell every guest was hand-picked and every moment intentional.

Dahn and Paige’s day took us all over some of Omaha’s most iconic spots — from getting ready at The Cottonwood Hotel to a beautiful ceremony at St. Cecilia Cathedral, a celebratory stop at Ricky’s Bar, and finally, an unforgettable reception at The Empire Room.

This intimate destination wedding will forever have a special place in my heart. Not only because Brooklyn and Chayce are truly the sweetest humans, but because I had the chance to document their day high in the Swiss Alps, surrounded by jaw-dropping scenery.
