A May wedding in Chicago—spring blooms and the city skyline. It started on the perfect note with a rehearsal dinner at Tanta Chicago. The entire wedding weekend felt like one big hug from the people Nate and Bella love most. You could tell every guest was hand-picked and every moment intentional.
The weekend kicked off with the most incredible rehearsal dinner at Tanta Cocina Peruana. It couldn’t have been a more perfect start. Tanta’s private dining space and rooftop terrace created the ideal modern-meets-romantic atmosphere for gathering all their favorite people.
Guests were treated to traditional Peruvian cuisine, rich flavors, and the kind of hospitality that makes everyone feel instantly at home. Tanta’s event team made planning seamless, offering everything from floral arrangements to live music to custom food and beverage service. It set the tone for a weekend that would be both beautiful and meaningful.

Bella’s closest girls surrounded her on the morning of her big day. Dressed in white lace, she toasted champagne with her bridesmaids. Once everyone was ready to go, we piled onto the trolley for a gorgeous ride to the church.

Nate and Bella chose Saint Clement Catholic Church for their ceremony, and the architecture alone is breathtaking. The ceremony was traditional and full of meaning, made even sweeter by having all their people there with them.
After their first kiss and walk down the aisle, Nate and Bella gathered their families for portraits. Then the party really got started. The beautiful trolley the girls rode to the church doubled as a party bus for the whole crew. Nate and Bella sure do know how to have a good time.

Marshall’s Landing made the best home for the reception. It is a space that felt modern, warm, and just right for a spring celebration. Guests enjoyed the most delicious food (honestly, from the rehearsal dinner Tanta Chicago to Marshall’s Landing, the entire weekend was a food lover’s dream), listened to heartfelt speeches, and gathered around for the sweetest cake-cutting moment.
And then it was time to dance. The night wrapped up with the kind of party people are still talking about… laughter, nonstop dancing, and pure joy from beginning to end. It was the perfect finish to a weekend that started so meaningfully at Tanta Cocina Peruana and only got better from there.

From the Chicago rehearsal dinner at Tanta Chicago to the last dance at the reception, every moment of Nate and Bella’s weekend was intentional and stunning. I would love to capture your wedding weekend in the same genuine, joyful way. Let’s make your celebration just as memorable.
Reach out and let’s work together!
